Media Working Group was founded in 1986 by Stephen Bagnall (now deceased), Jean Donohue, Fred Johnson and Tim Kraus to create a platform to produce independent media and education experiences in the public interest.  We incorporated in Ohio in 1987, and subsequently in Kentucky, Massachusetts and Oregon in order to provide platforms for independent producers throughout the country.
