You need to do college
research in order to make an informed decision as to what
college will best prepare you to become a teacher.
You can start by attending
local and regional college fairs, speaking with students currently
in college and with your teachers, and by signing up to speak
with college representatives who visit your school.
Take the PLAN or PSAT
in your sophomore and junior years to start practicing for
these college tests. You have to have narrowed down your college
search by your senior year so when you take the ACT
or SAT,
youcan list five colleges to whom you want your test scores
sent.
The Internet is a great
source to help you explore colleges and universities. Here
are some sites that can help you get started.
