Media Working Group encourages
the creation of media arts. The organization, managed cooperatively,
provides professional fiscal management and a sensible organizational
structure that allows artistic and cultural integrity, and a rich
environment of mutual support and freedom of expression, for media
artists.
Media Working Group artists and producers work in a variety of
media:
- Animation
- Audio
- Documentary
- Dramatic film
- Experimental
- Multi-media
- Photography
Broadcast venues have been the Kentucky Network, Ohio PBS affiliates,
WNET-New York, Learning Channel, British Broadcasting Corporation,
and local cable. We have exhibited works in galleries, museums,
schools, union halls, environmental and women's organizations, community
centers, film festivals, regional and national conferences.
